Excellent property, well maintained and professionally staffed. Friendly, helpful staff. Great air conditioning. Large, nicely furnished room with plush bed. Manager's sincere efforts to fix WiFi issue were appreciated. Good location near city centre and cathedral. Clean and attentive housekeeping. Close to museums. a great stay.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel had a great location on a main street, making it easy to access different areas of the city. the staff were helpful and attentive. the bed and shower were comfortable and enjoyable for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and was worth the extra cost.
The room was quite basic, lacking in extra comforts such as additional lighting or seating. the view from the room was unattractive, overlooking an unpleasant area.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center and close to the main attractions. We enjoyed being near the cathedral and Marimba Park, just a short walk away from our stay. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of food, and the rooms were clean and tidy.
The hotel lacked modern amenities, and some of the furnishings were outdated and needed maintenance.

The hotel was decently priced and the staff at reception were kind and helpful. , there was always plenty of hot water available for a nice shower. The hotel's location was great too, as it was very close to some great museums and attractions.
The room was very sparse and uncomfortable. The bed was way too soft for my liking and I had a hard time sleeping on it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Located right in the heart of downtown, the location couldn't be more convenient. Being in such a central area allowed me to easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver, especially in the hot weather.
All in all, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. The central location, luxurious rooms, and impeccable service make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
